Just a few days ago, the Broder Bros Co., a popular textile establishment publicized the three appointees whose membership in the company’s board of directors was effectual, as at 30th June 2009.The fresh members will work hand in hand with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Thomas Myers and Gregg Gardiner, formerly a member of ad hoc committee of bond holders in the lately concluded bond exchange offer.

Their names include Michael Lundin, Edward Conard Messrs and David Heath. These three men have unsurpassed experience in their particular areas of expertise starting with Mr. Lundin who was the President and CEO of Oglebay Norton Company from 2002 and left only last year in 2008 and in 2001 he served as the director. He has also been a partner of Resilience Capital Partners since last year and now also the Director Rand Logistics, Avtron Inc and the Cleveland Sight Center. The other fresh board member of Broder Bros Co. Mr. Heath joined the famous Nike company Inc in 1990 and in 2007 up to his appointment recently was the Vice President Of Global Sales while before then he had worked as the President of United States sales and played a crucial role of facilitating success of the company via its strongest growth stages. Still ahead of that rank, David had taken the position of Commerce Director for the Americans region, was the first ever General Manager of Nike equipment division, Global Sales director and for Southwestern United State, Heath worked as an Apparel Sales Manager. Mr. Edward Conard on the other hand was an independent director and investor at the time of his appointment at Broder Bros Co. recently and he has worked in plenty of companies before. For instance, Conard was the Managing Director of Bain Capital, LLC starting March 1993 and ending at December 2007 but prior to joining this company, he worked as a director at Wasserstein Perella from 90- 92. He is the only appointee among the others who has worked for Broder Bros Co before as a director starting in 2000 to 2009. The company CEO said they are happy to have them as new board members.
